These terms govern your use of the bagi1 platform – covering account registration, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, bonus usage, VIP programme rules and responsible gaming requirements. Please read through them before you start playing.

Your name, contact details and payment information must be accurate. Accounts found to contain false or mismatched information may have withdrawals suspended pending verification. bagi1 may request documentation to verify your identity at any time, including before processing a withdrawal.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the bagi1 platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 or older. bagi1 takes underage access seriously and applies age verification procedures to accounts before withdrawals are processed.
If bagi1 has reason to believe an account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending review. If the account is confirmed to belong to a minor, it will be permanently closed and any deposits returned to the source payment method where technically possible. Any play that occurred during the period of underage access will be voided.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming content.

bagi1 conducts fraud checks on accounts and transactions. If unusual activity is detected, withdrawals may be temporarily held while a review is carried out. You may be asked to provide documentation to confirm the legitimacy of your account and transactions. Accounts found to have engaged in fraudulent activity will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.

Most bonuses on bagi1 carry a wagering requirement – the amount you need to wager before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable PKR balance. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is shown at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used before the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. Expiry periods are stated clearly in the bonus terms for each individual offer.
Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at full rate. Note on VIP Cashback: The weekly VIP cashback on bagi1 is not a bonus in the traditional sense. It carries no wagering requirement and is credited as real PKR balance. It is entirely separate from promotional bonuses covered in this section.
The bagi1 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Every registered account is enrolled automatically from the date of first qualifying deposit. Tier progression is based on your monthly activity level across all sections of the platform – sports betting, casino, fish games and other games all count.
Weekly cashback is calculated on your net losses across the Monday–Sunday period at the rate corresponding to your current tier. Cashback is credited to your PKR balance every Monday without any wagering requirement attached. Cashback rates range from 3% at Bronze tier to 20% at Diamond tier.
VIP tiers are reviewed on a rolling monthly basis. If your activity falls below the threshold for your current tier for two consecutive months, your tier will be adjusted downward accordingly. A single quiet month does not result in immediate tier loss.

If you activate a self-exclusion period, your VIP tier status is paused for the duration of the exclusion. It resumes at the point it was paused when the exclusion period ends and your account is reactivated.

Bets placed after a match or event has started may be voided at bagi1's discretion if the bet was placed in error or using information not available to other players.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including: match abandonment, event cancellation, technical errors in odds, or where bagi1 identifies that the bet was placed based on corrupted market data. Voided bets are refunded to your PKR balance at the original stake.
Cricket in-play betting on bagi1 covers a wide range of markets including match winner, over-by-over totals, wicket fall, top batsman, top bowler and others. PSL markets follow DLS method calculations for weather-affected matches in line with standard cricket rules. Settlement is based on the official result as confirmed by the match organising body.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the sports betting section. Bets placed above the displayed maximum may be accepted but winnings will be capped at the stated limit.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session – including disconnection, server error or game malfunction – bagi1 will attempt to restore the game to the last confirmed state. If a game round cannot be determined, the stake for that round will be refunded to your PKR balance. Completed game results that have been properly recorded are final.
Fish games on bagi1 operate on a shooting-gallery format where outcomes are determined by the game's certified RNG system. These games are for entertainment and the results of individual sessions cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
